Wastewater reception BČOV Pardubice
The wastewater to the BČOV is imported by automobile tankers, which then discharge the waste to three receiving stations and from there are then pumped to the respective operating units.
This contract was primarily concerned with modifications to the reception station No.2, which serves for the reception of industrial wastewater and landfill water with a high material load.
As part of the machine delivery, a total of 7 pumps, 2 agitators and 41 pieces of electrical fittings were installed in the newly modified tanks. The set of measurement and control elements includes flow meters, level sensors, dissolved oxygen concentration sensors in pre-purified water, measuring probes for the content of substances and others. Some of the mentioned MaR elements were also located in the downstream covered installation collector of the PWB 16/1. The mentioned MaR devices are used from manufacturers E+H and Siemens.
The new technology is controlled from the new 16DT13 switchboard by the Siemens S7-1500 control system. Power supply for drives is provided by the new 16RM13 switchboard. Both of these switchboards are located in the measuring house, which is located on the ceiling of the covered collector of the HVAC 16/1 in front of the AN14 tank.
We cooperated on the contract from the very beginning and all departments of the Investment Action Division participated in it. Our projection first prepared the documentation at the stage for selecting a contractor.
Subsequently, we agreed on the “turnkey” implementation with the general contractor of the construction company ENVI-PUR, s.r.o. and our projection continued with the creation of the project at the stage for the implementation of the construction. In the production of switchboards, we have made all the necessary switchboards, control cabinets and junction boxes. The SW applications department programmed the PLC, extended the existing Relianci visualization. In the end, we revived and put all the technology into operation.
