In cooperation with the company RKO GROUP a.s. we have implemented a machine for tearing car wrecks in Vysoký Mýt. This machine serves as a pre-shredder for post-processing and sorting of waste from car wrecks.

Our part related to ELA and MaR, including RMS. The design department first processed the implementation documentation on the basis of the machine-technological design of the machine.

For power supply of electric motors, a switchboard RE1 was built in our production, which has 5 fields with main locking 1500A. In this switchboard we had the opportunity to use the Rittal busbar system.

The control of the machine is provided from the RA1 switchboard and the Simenes S7-1500 is used in combination with the SCHMERSAL safety system. The machine is controlled from a tablet, which is located in the operator's cabin. All SW, including visualization, was implemented by our SW Applications department.

In addition, the machine is equipped with many security features, a camera system and a service mode.
