Stormwater accumulation BČOV Pardubice
The subject of this project was wiring for the adjustment of existing technologies of rainwater intake tanks in the premises of BČOV Pardubice.
The project was divided into two parts- part of ČOV14 included the modification of the inlet settling tank UN1, where a new rainwater pumping station 1 was created. The second part (ČOV17) consisted of the modification of the existing docking tanks DN21, DN22 and DN23, together with the accumulation of AN22 tanks. At the same time, a rainwater pumping station 2 was created here.
For each of the parts was created management system and control technology. Both parts were connected to the existing control system and we implemented their control from the existing BČOV control room.
Our electro section consisted of Complete power distribution solutions to new electrical equipment, including Manufacture of switchboards.
In the MaR part, the subject of our solution was mainly Measurement of levels and flow. Ultrasonic instruments were used for continuous measurement of levels, and for limit measurements we used a float switch. The flow measurement is then provided by a magnetic-induction flowmeter. All instruments for the MaR part have been supplied by the manufacturer Endress+Hauser, to control the technology, we used a system from the manufacturer It's Siemens (Simatic ET200SP). The remote control was added to the central visualization Reliance.
